We generally process users’ personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Personal data is processed regularly only with the user’s consent or where a legal basis applies under Article 6 GDPR.

This website runs on a virtual private server provided by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hostinger processes technical data as a processor when providing and securing the hosting service.

Information may be stored automatically in server log files whenever the website is accessed. This may include in particular:

• the requesting device’s IP address, anonymised where required
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the requested file
• the referring website
• the browser and operating system used

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in the security, stability and delivery of the website. Nginx access and error logs are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 rotations.

If you contact us using the request form or by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions.

This may include your name, contact details, starting point, destination, optional preferred airports, departure and return dates, flexibility, passenger count, budget range and any additional voluntary information in your message.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to requests.

Your data is not shared with third parties without reason. Where necessary to process a specific flight, charter or concierge request, relevant information may be shared with suitable operators, brokers or service providers so they can review availability, quotations or follow-up questions.

We delete your request once it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligation applies.

A WhatsApp link may be provided for direct contact. If you use it, you leave our website and communicate through WhatsApp; the provider’s own privacy terms also apply.

If a CRM system, form backend or another external communication service is introduced in the future, this privacy policy will be updated before that service is activated.

This website currently uses local or system fonts and does not load Google Fonts from servers operated by Google LLC. This privacy policy will be updated if an external font service is introduced later.

This website currently uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tool. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and comparable marketing tools are not active.

If Promi Jets introduces tracking, analytics, retargeting, calendar bookings or other external services in the future, the required information and consent mechanisms will be implemented before activation.
